News & Events News & Blogs New Horizons Virtual Exhibition The Orpheus Creative Arts majors group have worked collaboratively over the past year with acclaimed disabled artist Tanya-Raabe Webber, where they created a multi-format virtual exhibition that they named ‘New Horizons’. The group worked on this exhibition through Zoom video calls, where they experimented with new art materials and creative techniques that resulted in a series of artworks that showcase various types of horizons (hence the name of the exhibition) along with different creatures conceptualised by each artist. There are two interactive formats of the exhibition, the first version is a virtual flipbook publication on Issuu which contains the complete sketchbook works from Tanya and the students, and the second is a 3D virtual art exhibition that can be navigated, which also features an original soundscape created by the Orpheus Music Enterprise students, led by Creative Art majors Eddie and Zoe. The exhibition is available to view online until August 2024 and both formats can be accessed here – we hope you enjoy them! Manage Cookie Preferences
